Christmas Social Media Competition

Eligibility

The Christmas Social Media Competition is open to Australian residents only.

Entry Rules

Only one entry per person is allowed on each platform (Facebook and Instagram), giving each participant two chances to win.

To enter, participants must:
  • Comment with your guess of the correct three (3) hardwood species. Every correct guess qualifies for the draw (one (1) correct guess per person per platform will be added to the draw).
  • Like the competition post.
  • Like and follow our social media page.
  • Tag two friends in their comment.
Competition Period

The competition will run from 04/11/2024 to 11:59 PM AEST on 29/11/2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

Prize Determination

All participants who correctly guess the three (3) hardwood species will be entered into a draw. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from this pool.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) within seven (7) days of the competition closing date. The winner will be notified via the respective social media platform and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, a new eligible winner will be drawn.

Prizes

The prize for this competition will be a $50 Visa Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy and Publicity

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes on our social media pages and website. Personal information provided will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Disqualification

Entries that do not meet the entry requirements or provide false information will be disqualified. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason.

General Conditions

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Participants release the social media platforms from any liability related to this competition.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time for any reason. In case of cancellation, no participant will be entitled to compensation.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

By entering the Baywood Christmas Social Media Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating.
